Terms and conditions for this website are set in accordance to The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) dated 13 June 2014.
Terms and Conditions
(1). Prices on this website are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) except for the following:
outside of the European Union (Automatically deducted)
(b). Trade / wholesale
i. Trade Customers within the UK will be charged VAT at 20 %.
ii. Trade Customers within the European Union but who are not VAT registered will be charge VAT at 20%.
(2). Delivery charges are calculated by the website. Estimates of delivery charges can be made via your shopping cart. Please select the estimate shipping button for information on delivery charges.
(3). Delivery charges are based upon weight and size.
(a). Items are normally sent VIA Royal Mail.
(b). Customers requesting alternative delivery methods may incur additional charges. We will confirm additional costs of alternative delivery services prior to dispatch.
(4). Payment for goods through the website is conducted via the third party card processing company ‘Sage Pay’ (www.sagepay.com). Sur Charges may occur depending on your card supplier.
(5). Payment is authorised on dispatch of goods from our location to you the customer.
(6). We except orders via the website, email or by telephone. Payment and sur charges are as per paragraph 4 refers.
(17). Upon dispatch of goods, the transition period can take up to 28 days for delivery depending on location within the world and postal service conditions.
Cancellation of a sales contract
(1). If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it is within your right to return items to us within 14 days of you the consumer or the intended recipient physically receiving the said goods.
(2). Goods to be returned to us are to be sent in a reasonable condition. We reserve the right to deduct from a refund cost to you the consumer if you have diminished the value of goods by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function.
(3). Full refunds will be given on conditions being met in paragraph 2 above.
(4). We are not obliged to cover additional cost of postage if you the consumer choose to use additional carriage costs or services other than the type of delivery service that we have used to send goods to you.
(5). We will refund to you within 14 days of receipt of returned goods at our location.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order(s) resulting from an error or omission by us. This includes but is not limited to typographical errors.
