Terms and conditions for this website are set in accordance to The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) dated 13 June 2014.

(1). Retail prices on this website are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at 20% except for the following:
(a). Customers delivery address outside of the United kingdom (Automatically deducted)

(2). Delivery charges are calculated by the website. Estimates of delivery charges can be made via your shopping cart. Please select the estimate shipping button for information on delivery charges.
(3). Delivery charges are based upon weight and size.
(a). Items are typically sent VIA Royal Mail.
(b). Customers requesting alternative delivery methods may incur additional charges. We will confirm additional costs of alternative delivery services prior to dispatch.
(4). Payment for goods through the website is conducted via the third party Pay-pal.com. Surcharges may occur depending on your card supplier.
(5). Payment is authorised on dispatch of goods from our location to you the customer.
(6). We accept orders via the website, email or by telephone. Payment and surcharges are as per paragraph 4 refers.
(17). Upon receipt of your order we will process the order within 5 working days. For large orders this may take longer as we may have to manufacture some of the items ordered. Once the order has been processed, it will parceled up to be dispatched. At the same time any payments from you the customer will be authorised by us Pay-Pal depending on what payment portal you chose. Upon dispatch of goods, the transition period can take up to 28 days for delivery depending on location within the world and postal service conditions.

Trade Customers:

Please contact us to be considered for trade status.
The first purchase which qualifies you / or your business as a trade customer has to be over £100.00. Subsequent orders afterwards do not have a minimum purchasing amount.

A small order charge will be charged £7.00 if below £200.00.

Orders over £500.00 will be given a 5% discount. (Not included in promotional sales)

Orders can be made over telephone, email or via the website.  If you choose to place orders via this website please create an account and email us your account details. We will change your account to show trade/ wholesale prices before you start ordering.

Postal charges, discounts and VAT will be added depending on your status and country after you have placed your orders.

Upon completion of orders you will receive a confirmation email
We require the following details if you wish to be come a trade customer:

• Your Trading Name
• VAT (TVA) Number (If applicable)
• Postal address details

Trade / wholesale Customers.

i. Trade Customers within the UK will be charged VAT at 20%.
ii. Trade Customers outside of the United Kingdom will not be charged VAT.

Postage to trade customers within the UK is free. Postage to the rest of the world will be calculated during the checkout process, but we will reduce the postage manually if it is considered to be more than the actual cost of dispatch.

Recorded or courier service is available upon request, additional costs may occur if you choose these services.

RETURNS

You the customer have the right to return items to us if you so choose within 14 days of purchase.

Please contact us via our website contact us and request a refund: https://www.stef-francis.co.uk/trade/contact-us/    Please include your invoice number and contact details.  Upon receipt of the returned goods we will refund you the full amount, . We may at our discretion and with what is considered reasonable reduce the amount refunded  if  the goods to be returned  have  been tampered with in any way in a manner which may reduce their retail value. We will refund you the customer for a returned item within 14 days.

Errors

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order(s) resulting from an error or omission by us. This includes but is not limited to typographical errors.

Availability

If the goods you have ordered are out of stock or unavailable then we will contact you.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

We collect information about you when you create an online account or making a one off purchase to process your order and provide customer service. We do not sell, trade or otherwise pass on customer personal information

Your address

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly.  We will delete any details / accounts upon an request from individuals concerned.

We use Google analytics to analyse purchase trends for the purposes of Stef Francis Ltd only. We do not pass on any data to external business.  We also use the company  Mail-chimp to email offers based upon your opt in / out status of our mailing list when you the customer creates an account

100% Secure Shopping All personal information is stored using 128 bit encryption. We utilise the industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all the personal information including credit or debit card numbers, names and addresses.
